Fit is everything to us. It's the reason Styled by Gloria exists, and if something isn't right, we want to make it right.

Returns and exchanges

You may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with all tags attached and in their original packaging.

Need a different size or colour? We're happy to exchange, subject to availability. Email info@styledbygloria.com with your order number and whether you'd like a return or exchange. We'll send return instructions.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping costs cannot be refunded, and return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Final sale items, gift cards, and items that have been worn, washed, or altered cannot be returned.
